Enterprise Alert 2007 submits critical alerts via SMS to so-called escalation chains. According to a configurable order, people get notified on their mobile phone. Enterprise Alert 2007 monitors delivery receipts and replies. If a delivery confirmation or reply is not received in time the next person in the chain gets an email to SMS. All fully automated.

Enterprise Alert 2007 uses the latest state-of-the-art and high-speed implementation of SMS and SMSC connectivity for SMS message submission and receipt. It works with single or multiple GSM modems and/or with direct SMSC connectivity via SMPP, UCP, CIMD2 or SemaOIS protocols.
