Closed-loop notification principle
message master® Enterprise Alert realizes true closed-loop notifications and thus goes far beyond the “send-and-forget” approach of common, basic alert and notification systems. It evaluates incoming events and determines based on filter rules which communication process to initiate. message master® Enterprise Alert also considers presence information, availability and urgency to run and control closed-loop notification processes. It tracks the delivery of and responses to messages and automatically reacts, e.g. by processing escalation chains, media hopping and failover routes. The benefit of tracking delivery and replies lies in the utmost reliability of delivering critical event notifications to relevant and responsible staff.
Reliability of Information Delivery
Users can determine preferred notification media as well as define media chains. Based on the selected media the software will work through the chain in order to deliver the notification. message master® Enterprise Alert can also be set up easily in a redundant configuration, even across multiple sites.
