How does it work?
message master® Enterprise Alert:
- Automates alert and notification workflows initiated from external applications and processes
- Delivers information to service technicians, managers, affected users, suppliers and customers
- Uses Unified Communications (UC) to communicate notifications via multiple channels including voice, SMS text messages, paging, mobile email, fax, IM and MMS
- Tracks the delivery of notifications, acknowledgements and replies and reacts automatically on non-delivery or non-reply
- Utilizes escalation chains, schedules, presence information for rapid information delivery
- Consolidates existing notification infrastructure by acting as a central notification hub for multiple event sources in the enterprise (IT, BPM, MES, Security, etc.)
