Two Derdack projects short listed for prestigious Project of the Year awards by Network Computing Awards

Derdack proudly announces that two message master® Enterprise Alert customer projects have been short listed in the Project of the Year awards run by Network Computing. Derdack’s notification workflow software has been recognised in both the Public and Private Sector Project of the Year categories. message master® Enterprise Alert helps enterprises and organizations to improve business continuity, uptime of critical systems and customer satisfaction through the automation of business-critical notification processes.

The implementation at HIS-IZZ Hospitals was recognised in the Public Sector Project of the Year category for the project to automate the management of hospital’s critical alerts and warnings. The implementation resulted in improved business continuity and a lower risk of unexpected business interruption.

The installation of message master® Enterprise Alert at Boehringer Ingelheim is shortlisted in the Private Sector Project of the Year award. It acknowledges the benefits from dealing more effectively with faults that affect the availability of critical IT services.
