In 2009, Derdack was awarded the status of Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and is being honored for the highest level of competence and expertise in Microsoft technologies.

Numerous software installations based on Microsoft operating and database systems, training and certification of employees as well as a number of successful customer references qualify Derdack for Gold Partner status. The company has focused on two specific competency areas – ISV / Software Solutions and Systems Management.

HP Silver Business Partner

Derdack has been an HP Business Partner since 2006 and markets message master® Enterprise Alert as the closed-loop notification software of choice for HP’s Openview product line. In 2010, Derdack was awarded the status of Silver Business Partner for successfully testing message master® Enterprise Alert's interoperability with HP Operations Manager.

IBM Business Partner

Derdack has been an IBM Business Partner since 2006 and markets message master® Enterprise Alert as the closed-loop notification software of choice for IBM’s Tivoli product line.
