Here is a list what you might want to check in this case:<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b>Events<\/b><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Are the events received correctly?<\/li>\n<li>Is there additional information in the Events view, e.g. about the applied policy?<\/li>\n<li>Is the event still active (maybe it was auto-resolved in the event source)?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b>Policy<\/b><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Did the correct policy apply?<\/li>\n<li>Is the policy activated?<\/li>\n<li>Are the conditions correct?<\/li>\n<li>Is there a possibility for an empty message text?<\/li>\n<li>Is the alert delayed?<\/li>\n<li>Is there duplicate suppression?<\/li>\n<li>Is the timing correct (e.g. inside business hours, outside business hours)?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b>Messages<\/b><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Can you see the outgoing messages?<\/li>\n<li>Are they sent successfully or maybe failed?<\/li>\n<li>Is there a wrong number, email address, etc.?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b>Contact Addresses<\/b><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Are the contact addresses correct?<\/li>\n<li>Is the notification profile correct (also check if there maybe is a time-related profile)?<\/li>\n<li>Are the phone numbers and email addressed correct?<\/li>\n<li>Did the user maybe checked off \u201cAlerts Off\u201d?<\/li>\n<li>Check Flood Protection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b>On-Call Schedules<\/b><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Is there someone on-duty when using On-Call Schedules?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div><b>Multi-Team Schedules<\/b><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Is there someone scheduled when using Multi-Team Schedules?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div><b>Notification Channel and Message Routing<\/b><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Are the required notification channels configured correctly and is it activated?<\/li>\n<li>Can you successfully send messages manually?<\/li>\n<li>Are you using high-availability? Can you send successfully when using a single instance only?<\/li>\n<li>Is the Message Routing configured correctly?
