What's new in Release 2010?

Release 2010 adds a new dimension by taking alerts and notifications beyond the internal workforce such as service technicians and managers. Through its new ‘subscription’ feature, Enterprise Alert 2010 can now notify affected users, clients and suppliers thus preventing productivity loss and saving a significant amount of call center costs. Release 2010 now includes ‘incident-forward communication’.
