It tracks the delivery of and responses to messages and automatically reacts, e.g. by using escalation chains or failover routes. It integrates seamlessly with IT and business monitoring software including Operations Manager 2007, MOM 2005, Openview, Patrol, Whatsup, Trendmicro and others through open APIs, Serial Port Connectors, Command Line tools and Web Services.
