This hybrid setup keeps sensitive data in-house and provided a quick and easy end user subscription along with Push, SMS and Voice communication through SIGNL4. We are excited to announce that the final piece of the puzzle is now in place – Remediation!
It is imperative to receive alerts timely and efficiently, but what is equally important is the ability to resolve the underlying issue that generated the alert in the first place. You can now link the existing Enterprise Alert remote actions to linked SIGNL4 teams using Cloud Bridge. Placing the power to not only address issues on the go, but also solve them in a timely manner.
