Are you looking for detailed on-call times and accounting information for teams and users from Enterprise Alert in a customizable format?

All information about on-call times and duties of teams and users is available in the Enterprise Alert database. It is possible to use third-party reporting tools or scripts to extract the required information in a suitable format.

For example you can create a script running in certain intervals, generating a report .csv file and send it via email (e.g. to management or accounting). The .csv file then contains a detailed report about all on-call times for a month for each user and team.
