With Update 1 of Enterprise Alert 2016, Derdack now provides codeless integrations with BMC Remedy and BMC Truesight. This enables the utmost level of intelligence for automated and targeted alert notifications with Enterprise Alert for IT departments using the BMC stack for monitoring and service desk.
Remedy integration facts
Supported Remedy versions are BMC Action Request System or BMC Remedy Incident Management each version 8.1.02 or 9.x or higher. The integration is based on an extension to the Remedy web service which must be deployed on the Remedy host before connecting Enterprise Alert. The connector supports automated querying of incidents from Remedy in order to automatically alert service teams. Upon acknowledgement the connector can update the incident status and add additional work information to the incident. Finally, the connector adds the ability to create new incidents in Remedy from anywhere via the Mobile App or in an automated way when alert policies trigger in result to new data that came in from your monitoring systems.
TrueSight integration facts
Supported versions are TrueSight Infrastructure Management 10.x, TrueSight Operations Management 10.x, BPPM 9.5 and BPPM 9.6. The integration is based on the TrueSight Web service API. The connector supports automated querying of events from TrueSight in selected Event Collectors in order to automatically alert service teams. Upon acknowledgement the connector can update the event status in TrueSight and add additional notes to it.
